Terms of Service for Just Meant For You

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Meant For You (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Usage

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account activity.
  • Sharing your account or credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. User Content, Uploads & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, store, publish, or share through the Service, including text, images, audio, links, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading, storing, publishing, or sharing User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and, where applicable, the clear and lawful consent necessary to use that content and to share it through the Service.

You must not use the Service to upload, store, publish, request, transmit, or share any content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data protection, or other third-party rights
  • Contains or depicts child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or sexually explicit or exploitative content where the subject's age is unclear, disputed, or cannot be verified
  • Contains nudity, explicit sexual acts, graphic sexual content, or intimate imagery that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise shared in violation of another person's rights
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, voyeuristic material, secretly recorded private content, upskirting, hidden-camera content, or any content shared without the subject's permission
  • Contains sexual exploitation, extortion, blackmail, coercion, trafficking-related content, grooming-related content, or content intended to abuse, threaten, shame, manipulate, or harm another person
  • Impersonates another person, misrepresents your identity or relationship to the depicted person, or is uploaded or shared in a misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive manner
  • Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, unlawful violent content, or content intended to intimidate, stalk, or target another individual
  • Contains malware, malicious code, phishing content, fraudulent links, or attempts to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service

You may upload or share only content that you have the legal right to use and, where another identifiable person appears in the content, only where you have an appropriate lawful basis and any required consent to upload and share that content through the Service.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, restrict, remove, disable access to, preserve, or report User Content or related account information where we believe it may violate these Terms, our policies, the rights of others, or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with legal authorities where necessary to investigate suspected illegal content, abusive conduct, or violations of these Terms.

4. Reporting Illegal or Abusive Content

If you believe content on the Service is illegal, infringes your rights, or includes non-consensual intimate imagery or other abusive material, contact us promptly at [email protected] with the relevant link or short code and a description of the issue. We may remove or disable access to reported content while we review it.

5. Premium Features & Payments

Certain features are available only to premium subscribers. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to any recurring charges as outlined at checkout unless you cancel beforehand.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Just Meant For You provides immediate access to digital services. You therefore expressly agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Swiss consumer law does not apply once the subscription begins. This means you cannot request a refund simply because you change your mind after subscribing.

Refunds are only provided where required by law (for example in the case of an error or duplicate charge). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss of access or content.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your content. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lucerne, Switzerland.

10. Inactive Accounts & Data Retention

To maintain system performance and security, Just Meant For You may remove or deactivate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time. At present, accounts are not automatically deleted; however, we reserve the right to begin doing so in the future, typically after at least one year of inactivity. Users will be notified via email before any such removal occurs.

Inactive accounts may have their stored sites or content permanently deleted if they are not accessed or renewed within the notice period. Premium accounts with active subscriptions are exempt from automatic deletion.

You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in before the removal date.
